Terms of Use
Effective Date: 16th September 2025
Last Updated: 2nd April 2026
Welcome to Wedly (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and directories (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein.
1. Who We Are
Wedly is a wedding directory service based in Ireland. We provide listings of wedding‑related businesses, packages, and services provided by wedding businesses (“Vendors”). Businesses may subscribe or pay for listings under various packages which come with specified offerings. General users (members of the public) may browse, search, contact businesses, leave reviews etc., as provided under these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, whether as a general public user or as a business listing user (“Business User”), you:
Accept and agree to be bound by these Terms;
- Agree to review and adhere to the specific terms and conditions set forth by each Vendor. All terms regarding payments, cancellations, deposits, and services should be directly discussed with the Vendor.
- Confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming binding contracts under Irish law;
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws.
- Agree to interact with Vendors in a respectful and professional manner. Any issues or disputes regarding the Vendor’s performance should be handled directly with the Vendor.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
3. Services and Business Listings
Business Users may register with Wedly and purchase listing packages. Each package will provide specified services (e.g. directory listing, featured status, advertising, galleries, contact leads etc.).
Wedly strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding each Vendor’s listing. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Vendor listings.
We reserve the right to modify services, features, and package benefits. If changes materially reduce services you have already paid for, we will provide reasonable notice.
Vendors may change their offerings, pricing, or availability, and Wedly is not responsible for any such changes. You should always confirm details directly with the Vendor before finalizing bookings.
All payments are to be made in the manner described on our site. Refunds, if any, will be under the terms described in our refund policy (see Section on Payments & Refunds).
4. User Accounts
To use certain features (such as creating business listings, contact leads, reviews), you must register an account and provide accurate, up‐to‐date information.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet or stored on our platform. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit to the Website is accurate and secure.
You are responsible for any activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
