I have lots of yummy treats, take a browse through my wide collection of cakes. I bake cakes for all occasions. I trained at the IT Tralee in Professional Cookery. I then perused her education at the University College of Birmingham where I specialised in Pastry and Sugarcraft. My mother enjoyed baking, everything was homemade as I grew up. Ireland at the time had no course in this, so I was advised to go to Birmingham.
After my studies, I travelled to Germany where I put my learned skills into exercise in a 5* Hotel. Working alongside four master chefs, I gained priceless experience in my chosen craft.
